Introduction

This 45-day Strategic Leadership Executive Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to lead organizations, execute strategies and influence people at executive levels.

The program focuses on strategy execution, people leadership, high-level decision-making, organizational power, culture building, coaching leaders, leadership strategy and influence skills. Participants will learn how to translate strategy into action, lead high-performing teams, manage complex organizational dynamics and strengthen their ability to influence decisions and outcomes.
